Actually I think thy had that in the previous version, but I couldbbe wrong...

If you receive "Application not installed" error. Uninstall the old version then try installing again.

If anyone is having a hard time updating to the latest market or getting installation errors, here is a ZIP. Just flash it with Clockwork Mod Recovery. Simple and easy No need to uninstall previous market versions.
