so i just updated my sdk to v9 i think or whatever the latest version is. i was on v6 and it worked perfectly with my eris. now when i run "adb devices" my eris doesnt show up. i tried pulling a file from it just in case it was a glitch but no dice. is the eris not supported in the newest version or is there something im doing wrong? im on windows and updated through the sdk avd manager and didnt change a thing

Well, the SDK would communicate to your phone via the USB drivers...

Version 8 is the latest and greatest version: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r08-windows.zip

Also, if you really want the old (version r07), you can simply change the "8" to a "7" in the above URL and download that (at least this worked last week). Or just use this: http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r07-windows.zip (I just tried it and it still works).

Hope this helps.

so then do i need to reinstall the drivers? i checked in the sdk updater and there were no new versions of the drivers

j3h,

What version of Windows are you using?

I can send you a collection of USB drivers I've gathered...just shoot me a PM with your email address and I'll send them to you.
