Does anyone know if there is anything new in the works for the MikG roms? New roms? Updates? I check the mikmik forums periodically and the last update I believe was a few months ago or older. I love the rom, just always looking for something fresh and new and if Mik is done with Evo stuff I may have to move on to someone else who is into developing new stuff for our phone still. :smokingsomb:

I think they are pretty much done with Evo 4g development.
V3.11 was the last so far, like you said , a few months old.
I was running that rom and was looking for something different and
came upon this and it is sweet.
It's AOSP for gingerbread, and it comes with the Mason kernel.

yeah, i think that mik has moved on from the og evo which is sad because mik is my favorite dev. but there are plenty of other devs that have picked up the slack so that there will always be roms to choose from. my guess it will be like the htc hero dev community. i believe that they are still creating roms for that phone!!!

Mik himself said on his site a couple of months ago that they've pretty much gotten everything they can out of the OG at this point. I mean, MikG is feature packed, fast, functional...what more could you even ask for at this point?

Agreed. Other devs have kept it going on the AOSP side, but sense is pretty much maxed out.
