I'm afraid we need a bit more info than that mate!

Asuming you have put the battery back in . are you sure it's fully charged?

It is sitting on the charging dock as we speak, even the little orange light does not come on, its as if there was no battery, thats how its acting.

Yes tried that, ive had it going but if you put pressure on the right side of the phone, the screen goes blue and turns off and it will not turn back on.

Probably not a screen fault if you're not getting a charge light...

Phone your network provider see if you can get it swapped?

did you do anything prior to this happening?
Tried to flash a Radio?
tried to s-off?

these are the only two things that can cause a brick like this
if youve not done either of these then its a hardware/bootloader fault.
return it to HTC
