Help Urgent , need help .

Hey , what's wrong with my phone ? When i press contact , it came out this 'The application contacts(process com.sony erricson.contacts has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again' Not only contact , most of my applications too . Do i need to factory reset or back and restore ? Please help me , really stress about this .

In cases like this, the first thing to try is a soft reset ... shut off the phone and remove the battery. Wait a few minutes and replace the battery and turn the phone back on. If that doesn't clear up the problem, then a full factory reset may be in order.

Have you tried a simple reboot. Turn the phone off, then pull the battery out and then on again.

The first thing I would advise doing is performing a software update to help resolve the issue (just make sure you backup first).
