Help urgent pls help ..

So the problem is that my girlfriends phone is not working it has 4g signal but no bars and it has no service and the prl version says 40000 why is that happening if yesterday her phone worked good then it died so she charged it and turn it on then all that shit started happening and also when we press pound from the dial pad it goes to the hidden menu plus plus help..
 
pls help i dont know whats happening or what iam doing wrong the lg test mode repair not woriking or openning at all..

Follow the directions. Its worked countless times if in fact the phone is in test mode.
 
Ill they it again tomorrow .. and yes that's what I did first I tried *228 to refresh but it got stuck on dialing and isn't go through

Use the guide. It takes about an hour to go through the whole process BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY TO FIX YOUR PHONE.

There's no other way to fix it, unless you want to go to metro and get a new one. I have studied the whole test mode thing to no end and I wrote the most detailed guide that you can get.

So follow the guide and fix your phone. If you need help message me directly and I will do what I can. But the guide is very straight forward. I know of 2 females that did this by themselves and fixed their phone. Its not hard, just requires patience and a cool head.
