Your sims card maybe burned up fry or cooked . I think you need a custom kernel to help with the signal issues or the sims card is a not good

Let's first try to flash the correct modem and see if it fixes things here is

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2031575

Your is located down to the bottom . and these can be flashed from cwm.

As I said I think you flashed the wrong telsta rom or you need a custom kernel . cause if the card is good something is wrong .

Thanks for replying, I have tested the sim card in another device and it works, so it is not an issue with the sim card. Which modem would you recommend
-TDVDMB1 (Australia / Telstra) N7105TDVDMB2 or
-TDVALK4 (Australia / Telstra) N7105TDVALK3

I hear you say you tried in other phones . what happen cause it would have shown something such as unknown sims or enter unlock code

I will flash the Roms soon but I am going on holiday for a week so It will have to wait until then. In relation to the SIM card It was used with an iphone 4 and was able to receive/send messages and calls as well as acess the mobile network 4g/3g there was no sim unlock code either.

Flashing these roms had no effect although they did work and did not lead the phone in a continuous boot loop like cyanogen mod did. Unfortunately the phone still displays the same information as seen in the above pictures and does not work with my sim either.

What was the last actual official software that you had? Not rooted but completely official. If you don't have the right bootloader you will get stuck on boot logo. You need to make sure you flash the right bootloader for the version of android you want to run. If your phone still has the 4.1 or 4.1.2 bootloader then you can't run and 4.3 or 4.4.4 rom...

I can confirm it is not an issue with the sim and it is most likely a result of what the above pictures display e.g null imei

The actual official software is 4.3, and my phone is running the stock n7105t rom from telstra Australia. How would i go about updating the boot loader to flash cyanogen although my main goal is still fixing the unknown base band version and imei etc.
