This forum is really the best. Thanks again.

Any ideas??

you have a usb brick

however you are not rooted so do what this guy did
http://androidforums.com/desire-sup...52326-solved-usb-bricked-messed-up-badly.html

you will need to use this command from fastboot 1st though
fastboot oem enableqxdm 0

if you have problems understanding fastboot
download the sdk tools from the (adb fasboot) guide and read what it says about setting it up
you boot to fasboot by holding down back+power

you can get an img for the usb brick fix here
http://ks25738.kimsufi.com/misc/

in order to get the CID you will need to use fastboot and do "fastboot oem"

I try to understand the whole process, but my android knowledge is low. I read everything you and user Exiled_SouL wrote. All this days i try allone to fix the usb brick cause i dont want to bother you ,but i can not continue. Please spent some time to help me again.

First, user Exiled_SouL sayed that he unlocked his sd card via fastboot command "fastboot oem enableqxdm 0". How do we do that? Can you give me or somebody else direct instructions?

Second how do i find the Cid & Rom Version for the img and why is this important?

fastboot oem enableqxdm 0 is a fastboot command. First you must set your Windows (or linux) PC to use Fastboot. Follow the red link in my signature. I wrote an ADB and FASTBOOT FAQ which tells you exactly how to set it up. This must be done first. Once set up, get back to us.

Experience, given what we see here with the same symptoms, usb issues + sd card issues

I set my Windows PC to use Fastboot (hope that i have made it right). Now??

Connect the phone in fastboot mode, open the command prompt and type "fastboot devices" to confirm you can use fastboot and it sees your phone (if not its not set up correctly) then paste in the bold text highlighted earlier and press enter

Sorry for not answering all these days ,but i am to busy with my work. hope end of the week i will have the time to fix this usb brick. see u soon

So lets start explaining what i have made till now.

First of all i think that i have not wright installed the Fastboot.
I followed your instructions correctly ,i think...

I downloaded SDK Tools only. Then i opened the .rar file, then draged and droped the folder "android-sdk-windows" to the C: drive. In the "Environment Variables" in the "path" i added at the end of the line ;C:\android-sdk-windows\tools

After that i installed the Hboot drivers following the steps i found here : http://androidforums.com/desire-all...nrevoked-windows-updated-20th-may-2011-a.html

But in the Device Manager after the update of the Driver Software i dont find Android Bootloader Interface listed under Android Phone (My HTC) in the device manager...
At the end i connected the phone in fastboot mode, opened the command prompt and typed "fastboot devices". I got this message : not recognized as internal or external command

The android bootloader in device manager only shows if connected in bootloader.

Please confirm in windows if you browse my computer that C:\android-sdk-windows\tools is correct and exists.

have you rebooted since putting that in path?

it should definately show there if that directory path exists directly under C:

what happens if you do
c:\
cd c:\android-dsk-windows\tools
fastboot devices

So lets start again. I made this time everything correct.

1.I installed android sdk on windows.
2.I intalled htc sync
3.I removed htc sync application only (not the drivers)
4.I installed hboot drivers
5.I connected the phone in fastboot mode, opened the command prompt and typed "fastboot devices".
6.I used command from fastboot : fastboot oem enableqxdm 0

So, what next ??

The Alpharev downgrader fixes usb bricks guy's, is there something I don't know? Well actually I know there's stuff that I don't know, and you could ask "how do I know that there is stuff that I know I don't know, if I don't know," but I think you know what I mean. :D

The only good quote from gw bush and is still used to prove him stupid, but actually it makes perfect sense to me.

There are 3 knowns.

The known knowns-The things we know we know.
The known unknowns-The things we know we don't know
The unknown unknowns-The things we don't know we don't know

Donald Rumsfeldt actually. "Unknown unknowns" seems to have passed into the culture of my collaboration, since it seems to be used in presentations pretty regularly :)

well if i remember hes not rooted currently right?
im not going to advise on alpharev-x as its not officially released yet
you need to be fully rooted to use normal alpharev
therefore this is the best solution as shouldnt be that hard if he follows the guide

Funnily enough that's one of the things I knew I didn't know!

Its origins seem to lie in old Persian literature;

One who knows and knows that he knows... This is a man of knowledge; get to know him!
One who knows, but doesn't know that he knows... This is a man who's unaware, so bring it to his attention.
One who doesn't know, but knows that he doesn't know... This is an illiterate man; teach him!
One who doesn't know and doesn't know that he doesn't know... This is a dumb man; and would be dumb forever!

The text goes on to say; "man is only 64% biscuit" apparently!
