Accessories USB Charger

So the USB travel charger from Verizon is out of stock, and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a decent one that doesn't have grounding issues, won't charge the phone too fast, etc.

Before you give me a "let me google that for you", I've already done that, but I don't know which ones are reliable and which aren't.

Edit: Just to clarify, I'm looking for one with the detachable USB cable.

I just found and ordered a wall charger and car charger made by belkin from amazon. Both output 5V-1A and have detachable usb. Although they don't come with the micro usb cable, you can get those anywhere, like monoprice.
