Root USB connected / USB Debugging errors

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else getting an error where you unplug your USB from the phone, and yet, the USB connected / USB debugging connect still show up?

Here are my observations:
-Tends to happen when I plug from my computer => Phone (vs. outlet => phone)
-Happens around 30% of the time...

Just wondered if I was alone...

happens occasionally to me on some kernels when i mount the sdcard and then unplug without unmounting it

I've had that a few times the past couple weeks as well. The times that it has happened, it was connected to the computer. But I always remember to Safety Remove Hardware (I didn't before and got some fun adb errors when playing with stuff in Eclipse), although I hardly ever go to the phone and Turn Off usb, so maybe that's why.
