USB icon in ststus bar

Hi there, I am absolutely new here. I live in Croatia, got my HTC Desire last week and trying to get some useful info here. After first connection with PC via USB for charging purpose, there's still the USB icon in the status bar and it won't go off after I dissconected the cable. Anybody knows what to do?

So to summarize: after disconnecting the usb cable the icon remains in the notification bar? is this correct?

Does this problem happen every time you connect/disconnect the device from your pc? Have you tried rebooting and connecting & disconnecting again to see if the problem persists

Yup,that's the problem. Happened to me too.
