Does anyone know if USB otg flash drives work for the ZMAX?
Edit: Apparently they don't work.

You Need to download an appI have a OTG cable and it works with like a keyboard and mouse but I haven't had luck with flash drives. I've got root browser but still no luck.
Did you try using USB otg helper?
I got it working with stick mount by chainfireDid you try using USB otg helper?

You do need root to use stickmount but you do not need system rwTo use stickmount, do you keep /system r/w?
MHL is a separate technology from USB, the ZMax doesn't have it.Has anybody tryed mhl ?
You don't keep getting annoying notifications? When I use the pro version it mounts /sdcard/DCIM to /sdcard/usbstorage/DCIM and gives me persistent ongoing notifications that I can't get rid of as well as annoying toast notifications on every boot. I ended up uninstalling the stick mount pro extension, then deleting /sdcard/usbstorage/DCIM(had to use TWRP file manager because Root Explorer could not delete it). Since I went back to using the free version, I have had zero problems.Well, root with stick mount pro works great.
