How do I install a different custom recovery cuz I can't get out of the one The manager gave me. If I can't how do I fix this problem.

Go to the Sticky ^ at the top of all the threads that say's " Do not Factory Reset your Rooted Phone".
This will give you instructions and download links on how to get you out of the recovery loop you are now in.
If you need any help with any of the instructions post in that thread. There pretty easy to understand, but if you get hung up on any part, ask questions.
Make sure you read through the instructions a couple of times before actually starting.

Yea I recommend using adb to push a different custom recovery to your phone. Does your computer recognize your phone?

There just stuck in the recovery. If the recovery's functions work they just need to plug their phone in to the PC (USB drivers must be installed), then go to the "mounts and storage" section and select "toggle USB storage". The contents of the SD card will be displayed just as if they selected the option in the phone settings. Then transfer the recovery.zip to the root of the sd card.
