Used Sprint Marquees $115

Agreed. I bought a Boost version of the Marquee for $219 and it turned out to be a bad apple. It would not activate and when I finally could get it to work it only worked at 1x setting. I would steer away from used ones.

hi! just noticed this thread, haha - actually they're not refurbished (refurbished would mean it should have gone back to some kind of company that fixes up phones). these phones are just straight up USED!

cowboom is a best buy (yes i know).. site -- this is the site they used to sell all the crap that got returned from best buy.

lastly, the prices on all their phones (sprint/verizon/att/tmobile) change drastically. Nexus S has been as low as $90, but currently its $210.

also, stock inventory determines price and availability. currently the Marquee dropped down to $80! and there's only 1 in stock (a grade 5 though)

edit: forgot to add - cowboom has a 30 day no hassle warranty. they also provide return shipping !

I think I would almost want a refurbished phone over a 'used' phone.. Never know what the prior owner did to the device. I mean this doesn't mean it isn't a good deal. I just personally like to buy new as long as it is possible.
