k heres what im gunna do, i mustve missed something when i did em piece by piece, im gunna change one part then compile the kernel, theres gunna be 5, if 1 doesnt work then 2-5 wont work, if one works and 2 doesnt then 3-5 wont work and so on and so forth, i gotta head to bed guys sorry i gotta get up early tomarrow but this should tell me where the problem lies (had it going last time but broken wifi messed it up)

i am going to, compiling them now, btw guys all of them will have the govs and be undervolted, so if it doesnt fudge ur wifi then whatever number you get to is still good to run as ur kernel
 
i think we should test all of them just incase 2-5 happens to work even though 1 doesnt.... ya' know stuff happens :D
 
@pwnyourace Wow, thanks for all of the hard work. I haven't looked into cooking my own ROMs, but I'm sure everyone appreciates the efforts and can't wait for it to work. By the way, have you seen this XDA thread: [ROM] --- Stock Rooted Triumph Odexed & De-Odexed (8/22/11) --- Links back up - xda-developers

They have booting Deodexed and Odexed ROMs for the Triumph. Maybe you can use that to find where the issue is. I have no idea, just thought it might help.

Here are my test results:

1) Tobenamed-Kernel_test8.zip Boots but gives me a Wifi error.
2) Tobenamed-Kernel_test9.zip Same as above.
3) Tobenamed-Kernel_test10.zip Doesn't boot at all.
4) Tobenamed-Kernel_test11.zip Also did not boot.
 
think i might know what the booting issue is if its in 3, i think its cuz i changed the mem split from 2g/3g to 3g/1g. and the wifi must be something im doing in general whcih is the only thing i changed in one. ill make one later today with just the changes from 2 and not 1 and see if that fixes wifi, and also change the memsplit in 3 and see if it boots and if it does and wifi is fixed we can move on to 4 :D
and no problem to all thanking i appreciate the appreciation:) i like doing this kinda stuff so its win win :p
