Root Velocity 1.1 help (maybe)...

Just got around to flashing Velocity 1.1 (just couldn't get away from Frunisher because I liked it so much) and the only thing I am having trouble with is that when I press and hold the end call button, I no longer get the options screen for airplane mode, silent mode, reboot, etc. All it does is reboot the phone which means I can't power off the phone.

Is this just the way Velocity is designed or did something not go right in the ROM flash?

Also, any way to get rid of the Velocity splash screen? I tried to flash the old LG splash screen, but it didn't take for some reason. This ones no big deal though because I rarely see the splash screen anyways.

That is definitely not normal. Try re-downloading the ROM, wiping, and re-flashing.
As for the Splash screen, you can download new ones via the script

That's what I figured I should be getting. Going to try and reflash the ROM and see what happens.
