[Verizon] 4.0.4 Root issue

Here's my problem.

I completely flashed back to stock and upgraded to the new 4.0.4 leak that just came out. I tried to re-root through CWM,I tried Superboot, and I tried the Wug's One Click and I have the SU app available but I can't get SU access to anything. Including Titanium so I can't retrieve my backups.

Any ideas?

P.S. anyone using the @p3droid ROM for 4.0.4 on your nexus. You are an idiot. Its not even true 4.0.4 at all. hes lieing. Superuser dnt work

just a heads up, i will try it, and see what happens, as i am on the stock 4.0.4 but i do want titanium backup to be working

I learned in my Droid X days to stay far away from anything that P3Droid is connected to. I advise anyone else to do the same.

Alright, I flashed the DroidModderX Version and POOF! my SU is working again. I don't know what it is about the OTA version, but I could not get SU control regardless of what I did.

I tried to maintain my root with voodoo OTA keeper. I still have root access in Root Explorer, but everything else that requires root just force closes.
