[Verizon] accidentally updated nova through the market, messed up nav bar...

I've always had a transparent navigation bar, and I still do, sort of. Ever sin e I updated nova through the market to v1.0.2, the bottom of the wallpaper is partially cut off. I tried reinstalling everything, m3, gapps, fatsix mod... and still nothing. Do I have to uninstall nova and then reinstall m3 w/nova?

Haven't used it in awhile but doesn't nova have it's own backup/restore settings? If so, did you ever make a backup?
