Root [Verizon] Can't flash custom ROM

From what I've read, u can only flash the stock rom on 4.4.2, is that wrong?

Everything I have read said that the nc2 kernel had to be flashed… thats why I'm confused. I've done everything in supposed to and nothing. I don't think I've missed anything…

Just got done reading the towelroot. This is still not working on some devices and as you see you can buy that geo app but til its fixed you will be without root

It says I'm rooted and I'm able to use all rooted apps plus I have SU access…

I see but if your fully rooted a device that has a working twrp recovery will allow you to flash ROMs . I think your settings is off or your not rooted
