Root [Verizon] CLEANROM accept no substitutes!

I've been running this for a week now and totally agree. My only hurdles were to get Wifi Tether and Google Wallet to work. Everything's cool now...
 
By the way, I just noticed last night that you don't even need Stickmount to read a flash drive via OTG cable. It just works!

Mounted as /mnt/UsbDriveA

I am going to try my USB ethernet adapter tonight.

It uses the standard Jellybean Touchwhiz launcher. It's has everything you could want already in it. News, notifications, top pulldown, weather, 5 start screen icons. It's as pimped out as it gets. I'm on it two weeks without ever a force close or a run out of battery day.

A couple of things, make sure you install the touchwiz version of apps such as wallet. And I would install ALL of the aroma programs on the original setup. It doesn't eat a lot of space and you may find that you need one of them to make some of the coolest stuff on the ROM work later.

After 3+ years, this is by far the best ROM I have ever been on with any device.
 
I'm not getting notifications on lock screen for calls and text. Is there a setting I'm missing or is it a bug? Maybe it's because I'm using nova instead of stock launcher?

You need the TeslaUnread pluging for NOVA to do that.

Everything is stock touchwiz, so if it comes on the phone, CLEANROM has it. There is also a *.zip to use the 4.2 camera that you can sideload instead. But I love the TouchWiz camera, it's as good as it gets.
 
I have tesla already. But that's not required for what im talking about I don't think. I'm talking about down inn the middle of lock screen I used to get notifications for text and missed calls. Then I could hold and swipe to go directly into that application

Its not enabled in the JB builds from VZW

This is how the phone should have been made. All of the cool touchwiz stuff with the rest and the Verizon removed. More stable than stock. I put NOVA and lean kernel on it and the battery goes all day. I leave Google Now on and still got over 4 hours of screen time yesterday. I love your work man.
 
I have to say, I was really not impressed with my stock S3. After flashing this build, I am totally satisfied with this phone. Samsung built this phone for Jelly Bean and it shows.
