^^ JB can tend to mess around with the Touch CWM, from what I've seen. Go into Rom Mgr and flash another. If you are trying to create a nandroid using Rom Mgr, it won't work as it hasn't been updated fro JB yet. As trophy said, try reflashing the original version of cwm recovery and then try making a nandroid through its backup feature. Hope this helps!
I had a problem with /data erroring out during backups with Jelly Belly. If it matters, I had my Google Music library set to offline availability... All the flashing I've been doing, Music has blown through 11GB in 3 days downloading music!
Anyway, I unpinned my entire library yesterday so my music wouldn't be on the phone. On Jelly Belly 1.9. This morning, I took a chance and ran a nandroid backup in ClockworkMod, NOT Rom Manager.
And it WORKED!
So (a) run the nandroid in CWM, as Seven said. (b) unpin your music if you have it pinned and try it.
