Verizon Note 2 updating issues

Today I received the OTA 4.4.2 for my Note 2. I am rooted and cannot update. I don't really want to unroot to get this done, so I'm wondering if there is a place and a way to download the update to my computer and install it via the SD card or through a connection to my PC. I understand this will most likely UNROOT my phone, but I think this will be easier.

So, any ideas? I appreciate any input. Thank you.

No way to update to 4.4.2 without unrooting and returning to stock recovery.

Well you could download it from XDA and use Odin to flash it in, but that's more tedious than just unrooting and updating.
