That and they recruit new customers everyday. :-/ We're just numbers.They really don't care if you cancel either because if you do, they are going to charge you a really big early termination fee. Basically it is a win-win for Verizon regardless of which option you choose.

This has not been my experience with Verizon. They have always bent over backwards to try to work out my concerns and I've been pretty demanding at times.
I meant in a mass sense. I've never threatened to leave but they usually give me what I ask for. I guess it depends how you ask. They let me do a one-year upgrade on a two-year contract 3 weeks early.
