Verizon plan pricing issues

i have 3 lines 2 smartphones and a feature and paying 192.00
im thinking of cancelling but i am not getting anywhere with customer service/loyalty depts, any verizon reps here willing to help me out??

Have you checked to see if you qualify for any discounts because of your employer? Some companys have employee discount programs with Verizon.
The only other advice I can offer is perhaps it's time to cut back on features or go with another phone company if you feel Verizon isn't giving you your moneys worth.

No offense, but that's all the rep can say when they can't do anything. You don't qualify for any promotions... unless you qualify for an Employee discounts.

The best option for you is to increase the plan to 1400 mins for $20 more.. then get the Talk Text Data discount on your two smartphones which would save you $20... basically is doubles your minutes and gives you 10 friends and family for the same thing you are paying now, for a year.

That is more value for your money, but it's not going to get cheaper.
 
They really don't care if you cancel either because if you do, they are going to charge you a really big early termination fee. Basically it is a win-win for Verizon regardless of which option you choose.

This has not been my experience with Verizon. They have always bent over backwards to try to work out my concerns and I've been pretty demanding at times. :p

when i got my last phones each ws bogo, but they let me combine 1 off each
even though that was not the deal

then they gave me the promo plan, even though it wasnt in my area

ive always had great service from vzw

I meant in a mass sense. I've never threatened to leave but they usually give me what I ask for. I guess it depends how you ask. They let me do a one-year upgrade on a two-year contract 3 weeks early. That's how I got my 'bolt :) They've always been good to me, it's others' stories I hear about.
