I placed my pre-order for an SG3 32GB Pebble Blue on June 8th and my credit card was charged 26 hours ago; however, when I check the status online it still says "We received your order and it is in process. Payment not taken yet." In addition, the status online does not contain any tracking information or an expected ship date.
When I check the status via the telephone system, it says my order was processed and shipped. When I request tracking information via the automated telephone system, it says that the order has already been received and activated.
Verizon really needs to work on their IT systems. It is hard (almost impossible) to get an accurate status from them. In addition, talking to an actual representative online did not yield any better information on my order's status so I'm still impatiently waiting for my SG3 and some kind of update with tracking information.
