[Verizon] [ROM][4.0.4] AOKP ICS B40/M6/Mods (7/8)

The weird thing is that I hadn't flashed anything. Literally the only new thing I installed was a game last night, but this wasn't happening last night. Just since I unplugged it this morning. I uninstalled the game and it didn't have any effect.

I can't figure out why this came out of nowhere.

I hear you. Mine was working fine and the poof! Wifi instability big time!

Has anyone else had the problem with gapps (notably gmail) not syncing automatically? I just noticed it had not sync'd since 9:41 am this morning, and had to manually initiate a sync in gmail.

Could this be an incompatibility between the inverted gapps ? I could try re-flashing gapps and see if it auto-syncs or not I guess.

All the problems I've had in the last 2 weeks have been with inverted gapps -_-

LOL. Guess I'd rather have WORKING apps that suck more battery than broken ones that do not :)

Oh, you bet. Staring at a bright play store is staring at a dark one with an error message. *mutters under breath*: course it was better when I was staring at a dark working one -_-

You and Pat. Nope, I'm not having any problems with the inverted Gmail auto sync.

I think it was me restoring data with TiBu breaking it. Same thing happened to me with stock gapps on LiquidSmooth 1.25. :)

Speaking of Liquid is really nice. But there isn't anything major in it that would keep me from my beloved AOKP, and I much prefer the (more frequent) cadence of releases with AOKP. Seems like development occurs much more rapidly with AOKP, at least that's my impression.

I have a nice working LS 1.25 nandroid tho, so I'll probably flip back and flash their next release against that to test out.

Oh one feature that did occur to me that I really like about Liquid is the ability to backup the ROM settings. Would save a lot of time when doing a clean flash.

Backing up ROM Control settings would definitely be a fantastic idea. I know it's been discussed, but it seems to be low on Roman and Zaph's priorities

I love my AOKP though guys. Don't plan on ever leaving. Especially with my Prime being added to the official device tree after M5, quite sure AOKP will always be my driver :)

Broadening ones horizons makes it that much sweeter coming back home

Oh trust me, I know. But when I get the urge, I use boot manager. I tried a MIUI build again a few weeks ago. You of all people should remember when I had 5 ROMs loaded up on my phone JB lol
