I think I am in build 19 and I really like how everything is set up? Is there any reason to upgrade?

That's really up to you. For most of us, yes, there are reasons to upgrade from build 19. However, these may not be reason enough for you to upgrade past build 21, considering anything after build 21 will require a full wipe.

Upgrading to build 20 or 21? You can flash these right over 19.
Upgrading to Milestone 3, or build 23/24/etc? You must do a full wipe.

I need to get the full screen coded for the stock 4.0.4 I like aokp but I don't wanna go back to it just yet

There are already 2 different framework-res.apk's out for that mod and 4.0.4

Not sure if it's B23, the nav bar mod (fullscreen), or Franco's kernal, but for some reason the "Reboot" option doesn't work. It will start to restart but the screen will stay on and it won't boot.

Looking forward to the built-in disappearing nav bars. I keep seeing people demo'ing the mods that do it, and I'm soooo tempted...but sometimes it's much more useful to just have my buttons on screen. So waiting anxiously for the on/off switch for it.

I can't get over how much I love this phone and this ROM.

Whoa why? The only thing making me want to flash 24 is the torch in the power menu since the quick torch isn't working consistantly

Well I can't flash 24 now anyways. I'm in an area with inconsistent signal which means no big downloads till I get home. I'll tell myself it's not worth it...but I've flashed every build since 17 so I may just do it for the heck of it
