[Verizon] [ROM] AOKP JB-MR1 Milestone 2 [4.2.2] (07.21.13) TORO

as far as i know..... I've always flashed gapps. I'm going to do a clean install as well. PITA, but just to make sure there's as few bugs as possible :)
 
Dunno if you got your weather working or not but mine wasnt working so i shut it off then turned it back on and shazzam!, started working. Too melodramatic?
 
If anyone has any ideas why my weather would still be busted after wiping, please let me know! I'm open to any and all suggestions!

Weather works fine on my n7 and GNex. clean flash gnex. dirty flash N7

Act ally my weather never worked till jb but then it stoped working when i had to delete the .nomedia files cause my music and pics deceased. But my weather started working after i turned off in rom kontrol and the turned it back on. Dunna what else to tel ya
 
i dunno, if you want to try ALL the same settings I did.
ROM control, Lockscreen:
choose lockscreen wallpaper
lockscreen text color
lockscreen battery percentage
Security:
Screen lock Pattern
ROM Control, Weather:
Enable Weather
Show location
tap GET WEATHER

maybe try wiping data for rom control?

try the medifire mirror someone put up in rootzwiki. or cashew's toro b1. he is part of team kang, so i'm sure he wouldn't put out anything crummy lol
 
Is anyone having force close issues with APEX launcher after installing build 1? Guess I could switch to Nova, but APEX has all the same features, but is free....

I've been a Nova user since the pre-Play Store betas, and bought Prime right away, and continue to partake in the betas. I've also come to get to know Kevin a little bit (the developer of Nova Launcher) and am part of the private beta program as well. As well as thinking it's noticeably faster, however that's just my opinion, I use it because he's very quick to squash bugs in beta updates. I shoot him a quick email or post on the feedback sight, and within a few days a fix comes along. I like active developers, and that's my selling point. It's also why when I see a really responsive and user-friendly developer, I don't hesitate to donate

You seem to know a lot about NOVA, is there anyway to switch the search bar to the JB style in the version that comes with this AOKP?
