Just want to chime in and share my experience with this amazing ROM.

It's got tons of customizations (like AOKP), it's crazy fast/responsive, and most importantly, my battery life has been significantly better than on any other ROM/kernel combo.

I am satisified with the newest version. I love the fullscreen toggle (it is in the power menu) but I like being able to turn it on/off at will. Plus at 88MB this is one of the smallest roms out that I know of.

I've always believed that the smaller the rom or os the faster the operations. This is so quick and batt life reflects the small size too. I love the guys from bamf but I'm gonna be hard pressed to leave this. Curious as Steven is, for reports on bamf. I'm all set up now so someone convince me.

Just finished flashing it, and I'm very pleased to see it has all the features I liked in AOKP. Looking forward to see just how smooth it is.

If you turn on fullscreen, how do you go back, home, etc?

Power button fullscreen off.

edit: oh nvm I see what you're asking. Yeah they have another launcher that you can use swipe gestures with, but I don't think FS is really meant for navigating. It seems to me to be more for games and video stuff. Turn it off when done.

With LMT, I can use fullscreen all the time. It's really nice to use with a stylus, but if I'm using my thumbs, I find that I turn FS back off for normal use.

I also use LMT with the pie for the softkeys. You could use the power menu to toggle the softkeys back on if you needed but that seemed to be more of a PITA to me than just using LMT

QUESTIONs: I just flashed Liquid last night.
- Why did my Battery only charged to 98%?
- If I want to go back to stock, I just wipe everything a restore my backup of stock? Where is the backup located on the nexus file list?

The last five percent of battery is charged very slowly to avoid overcharging. This is typical of most modern batteries.

Quite often, yes. I usually am at 95-98% after an overnight charge. And sometimes, if I plug in at 90%, it'll be at 100 in only a few minutes. Batteries will also occasionally report 100% to make you feel better, then drop down to their real % (95 or 94) after a few minutes of use.

okay. cool.
thanks for the info!

This rom is smooth and fast. I get better battery life on it as well. I use lmt launcher and keep it in full screen mode. I love the extra real estate.

I flashed the 1.0v final version of liquid smooth and was wondering has anyone tweaked it at all for the best battery life while not sacrificing too much performance? today it drain the same as stock 4.0.2 would drain. but i figured since i wiped data/cahce/dalv cache/ maybe i gotta do a couple full drains and recharge before i get to see better battery life.

How do you update Apex launcher I got an update notification, and downloaded it but it's a zip file and not an apk, I tried flashing in clockwork but that didn't work.

I got the notification too and it downloaded too.
I need help with the same problem as well, anybody know how to install the update?

I also haven't figured out a way to install the apex updates either.... I tried extracting the .zip but that got me nowhere as well.
