You need a custom kernel to run CM. The phone has been officially out for like a couple of days. Settle down. People will find a way around the locked bootloader and you'll get your roms.
CM10 is Jelly Bean...we can't have the corresponding kernel to that ROM...there are work arounds for custom kernels, but they are certainly not elegant solutions at this point
There is an unoffical cm10, but at this point we cant have a custom kernel and recovery at the same time. So you can flash the unoffical cm10 rom but will need cwm 6.0.1 installed. At this point the only work around to have both cwm and custom kernel is to use cwm kexec, but thats another story. The unofficial cm10 loads through cwm 6.0.1 ever boot, so everytime you turn your phone on it boots into recovery and from there boots into cm10.
