Can you boot into fastboot (power off, hold volume up and down then hold the lock button until your phone vibrates)? If so hook it to the CPU and do "fastboot devices" to see if the phone is seen by the CPU if it is then try what is outlined here

Doesn't show in the terminal but I get a blue line on the fastboot screen that says "fastboot command read error -2147483647"

Okay relocked, and then unlocked again. Booted to splash screen and then past it. I'll wait for a few minutes before doing a battery pull (if needed)
