Help Vibrate not working????

I just buy new acer liquid metal a week ago... yesterday suddenly the vibrate not working at all. somebody please help me..

I have this same issue, bought the phone 3 weeks ago and the vibrate no longer works, not sure if it's related or not but flipping tracks in Music has never worked either by flipping the screen?
