Root vibration not working with cm7 TG Reloaded

I recently switched to cm7 reloaded and can't get vibrate to work unless I first put it in silent mode...calls and notifications don't vibrate even tho all settings are set to. Any ideas?

Let's start with the basics. Under settings--> sound settings--> make sure vibrate is set to always. I don't see anything special under CyanogenMod settings. I would start with the sound settings

srry it took a min to reply back...i got it to work. I had all those settings that way. AllI did was take out that battery for aprox five mins and rebooted and waited five more mins to fully boot. All was good.
