Help Video download help please

so im trying to download videos and it just sifts there. but when I stream the same video its fast and clear as a bell. I can download apps and zip files with no problem. I don't get it???

how large are the files. your connection may not be ale to handle the larger file download.

have you tried on 3g, wifi, and 4g with the same result?
