I have a question: you say NTFS isn't compatible with the Note 2 and to therefore format in FAT32, but wouldn't an exFAT formatted drive be compatible with the Note 2 and allow file sizes larger than 4GB? Or is the exFAT compatibility only for microSD cards and not drives connected by OTG?

They will work via USB OTG also. I didn't specifically mention exFAT in the video because a lot of people had troubles with drives larger than 64GB formatted to exFAT with the S3, and I didn't want to have to have to field lots of troubleshooting enquiries from people using larger exFat formatted drives.

How long did it take you to figure out you could do all these things with the device..?
After watching this video & went & ordered 2 of those dongles..lol

Dang if I can find Call of Duty full version & could play online I'd never go back to a PC..lol

I work for neither (sadly!).

With *this* phone it took no time at all to figure out all that stuff - most of this stuff (various apps and accessories) has come up gradually over a couple of years, so it's been more of drip-feed of information, which is much easier to manage. If I'd been trying to work this all out in one go, well, that would have taken a looooong time for sure.
