Excellent! When you try again tomorrow, add the md7 modem file in between steps one and two. I'm 99% sure that if you can manage to successfully flash everything in that order, you should be going again :)

I was able to successfully flash everything with Mobile Odin. I didnt realize Mobile Odin automatically fixes partitions. But, i noticed my IMEI has an extra digit compared to My MEID. if you can get you r msl you could rewrite you imei or if your stock unrooted you could try calling cs and have them reset your phone ##RTN# and msl code needed or try ##SCRTN#

My MEID and IMEI are different by 1 number. IMEI has an additional tailing #

This may be a long shot, but things like this have worked before.. have you tried going to System Update and updating the PRL?
