You need to use aboot from V5.

Well. Took it out for the night and I'm thoroughly impressed. I don't have actual service and I just use WiFi everywhere so I was unable to update until now. I didn't experience the massive battery drain that was mentioned but that could simply be do to my excessive use of airplane mode. The camera freezes up after the flash as you already know, but I'm having an issue with music playback, both Apollo and Rocket player can't seem to play anything at all. I'll be trying out Pandora in a minute to see if streaming audio makes a difference. Other than that I'm absolutely in love with this and will probably continue to use it. If Pandora doesn't fulfill my music needs I'll have an excuse to dust off my old sandisk sansa. If there's anything specific that you'd like me to test just shoot me a message, I'm more than happy to help.

I can confirm exactly what your saying. This is an extremely smooth ROM I'm blown away... Here's a tip for music playback: use MX player. It uses its own audio decoder. You can set it to play music in the settings. That's how I'm listening to music on my f3 with cm11 liquid smooth :D. THANK YOU DEVS, CANT WAIT TILL YOU GUYS GET THIS IN BETA.

I'm gonna try a couple file formats and see if it makes a difference, are you also having the issue with vibration or is it just me?

I don't see an option for vibration :( also when plugging in charger while powered off I couldn't boot passed lg splash screen. Bluetooth timeouts out at about 5 secs while set to 2 minute time out.

I used a vibration tester because I noticed it wasn't vibrating for notifications, and I personally don't use bluetooth so I never checked that.

Okay I;m working on the issues right now. I've already got the music playback fixed. Thanks for the feedback.

No problem, I'm glad I could help.

new build up on my basketbuild

First time I flashed it it got stuck on the boot animation, wiped everything, flashed again, it booted fine, then flashed the gapps and it hung at the boot animation again. Gonna fiddle with it and make sure it's not just me being stupid.

Edit: Stupidity confirmed.
I forgot this phone doesn't take the "reboot recovery" command very well.

Is anyone testing the radio? If so, is anyone on boost testing? This isnt my main device so I cant test yet. Im on boost so I'm considering switching back to my F3 to test.

I've mentioned this directly to phenomx4 but i'll post it here as well.

Vibration doesn't work. (may not ever work per phenomx4)
Microphone doesn't work. (ok google doesn't respond)
Inbound phone calls don't connect. (I received 1 on friday when I first tested the 2/5 build.) Haven't received one since
Gps doesn't fully function. (gives location but doesn't update fully)

Any other bugs you guys can find?

He mentioned that he needed to update the audio in the kernel to fix the mic. I was just trying to start a bug list and get others to pitch in.

Other than the already mentioned, no. I was about to come back and report on the mic issue.

can't get it to boot sits at liguid smooth screen for 10 min flashed ustng tcwm factory restet and formated and devalt cash

Boot into recovery and make sure that it's able to mount your /data partition. I'm not sure what causes it but that's the issue I was having after rebooting into recovery via ADB. If the /data can't be mounted the Dalvik cache can't be created and phone will sit on the boot animation trying to do just that. All you need to do is flash one of the advanced stock ROMs, let it boot, then go back into recovery using the key combination and flash this. This will also solve the aboot issue if that's what it actually is. The aboot being missing would make you hang at the LG Logo.
