Thanks jmpiv4 used the LG Flash tool and downgraded to ZV5; the secret menu code worked. Now if I can find a way to carrier unlock.. Unless it's impossible *tear

Oh ok. I thought you meant unlock the bootloader and I don't think you can unlock CDMA phones
