Grrr.. if I login using my own account I keep getting 'You do not have permission to view this page' errors.. GRRRRRRRRRR.

I can't update any of my threads. I deleted cookies, browsing history and data, used other web browsers I'm going to have to start a new thread. I'm going to give it a week. If it's not fixed by then i'll create a new thread. Just to make this post, I had to create a new account.

I know some of you also are having the same issue. I see blondgod's posted to the bug list with the same error.

Just to update you guys, I've gotten data to work. I was able to get 1x speed. I was able to get a little help from junkie2100 to bump the data speed up to 3g. I was however not able to get it up to 4g. 3g kept working in the 4g area. Once it's confirmed to work on other phones, i'll upload it.

To note, If your phone is not activated, if you install this rom, you will get popups of 'com.android.phone..' error every few seconds. If your phone is activated you will get that error only once when you boot into android. You may also get a 'Update Device has stopped' error once also when you boot into android.

Also to note, I've been using the phone with this rom installed. Although phone calls work, the sound cuts in and out intermittently. It's still buggy. 3g data however is very strong and stable. At this point, It's still in 'Alpha' stage. It's close but not ready to be a 'daily driver'.

Like I said, i'm going to wait to upload it until it can be confirmed. I'll make another post when I do to let you guys know. Today i'm going to focus my attention on the camera.

I'm finally able to log in using my account as well. Looks like I can't edit the OP as well.

I uploaded the new version with 3g data.

To enable 3g, You will need to go into:
Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Network Mode
Select: LTE/CDMA

Reboot the phone.

This can't be posted to the first post. I've been locked out from updating it. It's out of my control. I will however start a new thread soon as 'Beta' once the phone call becomes stable.
 
What's strange is that I can edit my posts using the new account. I can't edit any using my old account. I'm sure that's a bug but i'm not sure if it's fixable.

After talking to support, they say it's something that may be fixed. 'It's still up in the air' I can understand their response. I'm sure their being overwhelmed with bug complaints. I'll keep that in mind.

I'm having no problems anymore. Strange, but I bet it will all be fixed soon

That's good to hear. I'm going to upload a new version later today that fixes the keyboard and should allow any version of the f3 to get 3g data. The phone is still set to Virgin Mobile though, and the kernel is still set to Virgin Mobile/Sprint.
 
Sorry for going AWOL on you. Been kinda tough to do any testing lately. Man...oh...man was that switch over in forum format bad. I'm still straitening out the mess it made (now that we can edit again) and trying to figure out where everything is now.
 
I am still getting a bunch of force closes for com.android.phone, this only happens after flashing. If I reboot a couple times it still comes up, I have formatted the following before flash: System, cache, dalvik, Data, internal storage, sd-ext. (Internal storage was an attempt to make sure that everything was clean before first boot.) I also am using TWRP to flash as well.

I would like to note that when flashing in CWM Touch I did not have this problem.

No other popups. after about 5-10 seconds 3g appears and then another 5-10 seconds the signal bars appear. I however do get a bunch of com.android.phone pop ups when I install the rom on the phone without an active connection with Virgin Mobile.

From what I can tell, that error pops up when the phone looses cell signal. I'm working on trying to get rid of that error. It shouldn't be popping up at all let alone when the phone has a hard time connecting. I'm going to focus on that error. Unfortunately I can't find good information on getting rid of it on the internet. I'll figure it out though. It may take a bit but i'll figure it out.

You mentioned that your cm10 rom has issues. What kind of issues does it have? Have you figured out how to fix some of the things not working in this rom? I'm curious to hear about what issues you are having.

Come to think of it, MY house does not get good reception, which is the only area I have tried this ROM.

I will try it outside later tonight and see if I get the same results, I think you might be right on it losing cellular connection.
 
I got the pop errors repeatedly after clean install. Once I updated su binary it went away I then updated profile and prl and 3g popped up. After that no issues besides the known bugs

How would you update the profile and prl? cm10 doesn't give you that option as far as I know.
 
CM10 does this automaticlly with the network, remove OmaDmclient.apk also, that might be causing a conflict.
 
It might also be under the About Phone -> System Updates (Or similar name, just something to do with updates)

Sorry for this misinformation I did not update prl I just switched to lte/cdma and the errors stopped. I played around and when I switched to lte/cdma/evdo the errors came back

Thats good to know. So far, I haven't been able to get rid of the error. The closest I've came was no errors on first boot. I rebooted and it popped up again. But that version was slow to connect.

ill keep messing with it but it will be hard to do so over the next couple of days.
