All these Kernel mods and tweaks are great! However what if I consider my Victory more than fast enough and want to say, limit the clock speed to 1ghz for improved battery life?

Any tips are greatly appreciated as I primarily use my phone for Navigation, Tether and as a tool not a gamer!

JupiterOne's RedSpot Uncapped kernel is not overclocked or underclocked, it is simply uncapped. It runs as low as 384MHz on my phone, and stays in the 384-918MHz range most of the time according to CPU-Z.

If you read his kernel threads, you will see discussion about this, and how he specifically didn't overclock his kernel, just uncapped it.
