Help Virgin Mobile website down?

My 3G isn't working as well, I need to restart the plan but I can't because of the website. At least I'm not the only one experiencing this phew.
 
My 3G has been down since yesterday morning when top up time was up. I had already added $$ to my account Friday nite but that didn't stop VM from screwing up.
 
Just restart the month and you'll be fine. That happened to me too

I tried that several times with no luck. Called and VM they tried to reset it 3 times with no luck. They finally said that it was a problem with their end.
Maybe they are fixing some of the problems in their system today since things are down now.
 
Today's the day that VM is supposed to charge me for this month, but they haven't yet and I'm experiencing data issues as well. If I restart the month, is there a chance that they will bill me twice? This is my first payment I've made since activating the phone, and I'm hoping I don't have to do this every month. :mad:
 
Im trying to connect to 3g using quick settings right now and it says connecting and then just goes back to disconnected state. Is this happening to anyone else?

Today was my first payment as well. If you restart it they won't bill you twice.
 
No 3G service on my wife's phone or mine. We are both in mid cycle of the bill. It must be another one of the many "outages". just happened later in the evening here in central Illinois.
 
The VM site does have some nice features, but it loads like maple syrup. Very sluggish.

The (alleged) mobile site is the same exact thing as the main site.

I downloaded the VM minutes checker (an independently-created app) from the market, and just called the number on the back of the card to re-up for the new month.
 
I've been using VM website and yeah it is sluggish. Is it easier to pay or top up through the phone than using VM website?
