My 3G has been down since yesterday morning when top up time was up. I had already added $$ to my account Friday nite but that didn't stop VM from screwing up.
Just restart the month and you'll be fine. That happened to me too

Im trying to connect to 3g using quick settings right now and it says connecting and then just goes back to disconnected state. Is this happening to anyone else?
Today's the day that VM is supposed to charge me for this month, but they haven't yet and I'm experiencing data issues as well. If I restart the month, is there a chance that they will bill me twice? This is my first payment I've made since activating the phone, and I'm hoping I don't have to do this every month.![]()
I've been using VM website and yeah it is sluggish. Is it easier to pay or top up through the phone than using VM website?
