Help Voice dial?

One function I can't seem to get a hold on with the galaxy is voice dial. This is really important to me, especially while driving.

Is there a way to enable voice dial?

Yes, there is a way, Samsung should give us 1.6 update which is available for more than a month, and was in development before Galaxy was even announced. Yes, Samsung don't bother with pushing available feature to customers that already bought their phones, even bugs are staying for months.
 
Just dragging this back up to see if there is an answer. Since going to 1.6 I cannot seem to find voice search ( if its there at all ). So if its not on there, is there an app in the market ? I don't seem to be having much luck finding anything lately ...

google removed the voice search app from the market for donut and cupcake.
you can find it if you really want it but most of the times if you are runing the latest maps on dunot it crashes the voice search.
