Can even vid chat with wireless or a good 4g connection.. Skype can at least.. Honestly ain't used google voice much on it

you can always google sipdroid, and the process of going through it....

just sayin, google is a wonderful searching thingy ma bobber

Alone, google voice is not sip, it uses your voice connection and reroutes you
If you don't have sip integrated into your rom then just download a sip app like sipdroid or grooveip
