A while back I did a fairly gung ho aggressive uv, was very proud of myself, only to find screen freeze on internet browsing and sod about 48 hours later.

Problems may definitely not be apparent at first.

I've been running these setting for 2 weeks now , not a single crash or freeze. I'm by no means an expert, but I've found a method that's works for me. If I have a problem l'll work through it.

Yeah, all I was saying is that's how I do the initial setup. The 5 min "test" was just looking for major stability issues, then once I'm happy with the initial setup I run with it for a while. I guess I could have been a bit more clear.
