Help Volume control on side only does media, not ringer

Hi All

I used to be able to adjust the ringer volume using the controller on the side of the desire but now it only adjusts the media volume.

I know that when in a media app the use of the controller changes, but it should go back to ringer volume when you're back on one of the home screens shouldn't it?

Any ideas appreciated

It does adjust the ringer volume when on the home screens on my Desire (Froyo)

you might of installed something that is running in the background that has taken ownership of those controlls recently

Could be! I did notice that the radio off button wasn't working.....
