Help Volume low when in call

So my moms phone sounds really low (shes the one with the Admire) when she calls me. I have the volume all the way up on my phone, when we're talking, but it still sounds low. Its not only me, bc everyone she talks to, says the same thing. She hears the person loud and clear, but for some reason, people hear her low. Any way to fix this? (She is rooted).

If she has a plastic or rubber case make sure it is the proper one there is a small hole next to the charger slot. Thats where the mic is located .

She has no case on it at all. But I just saw the tiny hole for the mic. Maybe its because of where its located? Not sure. Thanks for the help tho.

Let her know where its at it could even be something small like the way she holds it she left handed?it would put the mic on the back side. if you keep having the same problem take it back.
