Volume profiles?

Is there an easy way to change your volumes for different instances like meetings, work, home, etc. It's kind of a pain to have to go into the settings individually.

Also, is the volume and vibrate really soft on all of these phones?

You can on most custom ROM', not sure about stock.

Your best bet is a 3rd Party app, something like llama?

I use an app called Profile, it lets you build different profiles that include settings for sound volumes, notifications, ringtones, connectivity etcetera. Includes widgets that let you switch between the profiles with a single press. I can't live without it, I use a profile for daytime, silent, and night and it works great.

It also supports scheduling profile switching if you want to do that.
