lol dude last month was 32gb lol, it depends how many sites I have to fix lol, with that and streaming movies hehe

I recently changed my plan to lower minutes I didn't use they never said anything about my data, I EVEN ASKED doe's this affect my data and they was like nope, use as much as you want, its unlimited.

Do we know when they will set up the teired plans, as I will have to get those minutes back before they advertise it, just don't need them atm :)

They may be able to if they go to 4g. They will say the 4g does not have an unlimited plan, but you can stay on 3g if you want.

Ya i don't really care for LTE or 4G, ive never had a problem with 3G :), so hopefully they will only limit the LTE connection not 3G as well :)

Either way never had a problem over like 3 years using between 10-30 gb per month guaranteed....

Like anything, if you have it, you SHOULD BE grandfathered in. There are still people running around with unlimited mobile broadband plans on their air cards :cool:

I dont know how they are gonna do it, but I cant imagine all the current phones we have being able to transition to 4g. LTE, for anyone who doesnt really know what it is, is basically VOIP..SO you will make your phone calls through the internet. It was what they rolled out with when they launched the failure which is the voip home phone, jeeze i forgot its name it was so bad...oh the hub!

If we have to remake a whole new lineup of phones for a new network. there will be tonnssss of unhappy customers.

No estimated rollout..they tested it like 4monthes ago in Seattle and it worked famously i heard.

cool i'm in Seattle :) hehe, but anyways, will Verizon ever be able to data and talk at same time? I know its a limitation of CDMA, but with LTE or anything else they have planned, will this EVER work?
 
With LTE/4G it should work since it's basically VoIP, only the data part of the radio will be active(present?) So all data should be able to go.

If your connected to wifi, you can do that right now :)

Im sure they are working on that. LTE might make that possible because the speeds will be much better. But again, not sure..

Call 611 from any Verizon phone or call the customer services number, or call the local store you ordered it from, and they should be able to find out rough date and give you an order number from you mobile number, name and address.

edit: VZ has stated that voice will be over CDMA, and data over LTE... as things evolve; voice over LTE will be voip-like.

VZ is/has been rolling out their LTE network, you just don't know about it. :cool:
 
I'd love to know how widespread the hardware issues are with the DI. I have several problems that made mine a real disappointment (sound completely dropping out during active calls with plenty of signal, crappy sound, crappy speakerphone, terrible calibration of the touchscreen - like sometimes I have to touch more than an inch away from where I want the cursor to be, pink screen, etc.) Also, would LOVE to know when they are going to add real BT support that's should have been there all along (ie the Android 2.0 BT stack vs the 1.6 HTC used because of a conflict with Sense).

Is all that out of your realm and into another dept??

berry2droid, what is your actual position in verizon wirelesS? are you a tech for them or do you work on sales? Are you one of the people they send me to when I have a problem or one that basically just does sales?
