Has anyone tried a hard reset (device reset). Tech will have you do it anyway so try it. Back up all your free apps using astro. I use lookout for other back ups.

Give it a shot. Then call tech if issues persist.

Stuck pixel and random restarts. I really do like the X it has grown on me but when I get my replacement Monday if I have the same issues I am strongly considering the T-Mobile Vibrant. We will just have to wait and see.

Bottom 1/4" of my screen (in portrait mode) flickers, turns gray, and doesn't respond to touch.

First I've heard of a problem similar to mine. The bottom 1/4 of the screen (in portrait mode) became completely unresponsive - not gray or flickering though. Tried multiple reboots and battery pulls.

I even resorted to trying a factory reset, which was the last nail in the coffin, because you need to press "Continue" at the bottom of the screen to proceed through setup.

Replacement expected to arrive tomorrow.

In the short amount of time I've grow strangely attached to my release day model. So much so I was willing to be patient and wait for a camera bug patch.
However when the battery went from 14hrs + of heavy use to 8hrs of light use (3 - 3.5 heavy), it was time to take advantage of the new replacement option.

Anyone know if there's a way to transfer my purchased version of Rock Player?
