Help Wallpaper help!

Question. Is there any way to make a wallpaper still? Like for instance. I have an image on my wall and once I flick to the left or right it goes with the picture. Any way of changing it?

I know you can do that using launcher pro, but I assume you are using the stock launcher?

there are a number of new wallpaper apps in the market. I haven't tried all of them yet but there are more than 3 or 4 that I dloaded yesterday just to check em out..
