what about a mac ? plz!

macs are not my strong point but if there is a ADB (sdk) for mac, same steps, just substitute terminal for its prompt/command and it should work. However linux typically likes macs

Not to be "judgmental" or anything but why get a android when you have a mac? I'm not trying to like start a fight or anything just trying to get the logic behind it?

same reason I had iPhone's without a mac, cause he/she wanted it.

I fixed the issues with only getting $ instead of root. I can also make it permanent. I am writing a step-by-step process for both windows and linux.

Yes ALWAYS make backups!!!!!

It was free. But ill will just load up linix if I spelled that right.

hahah free is a good answer, yeah live cd should work, or you can just install ubuntu but you'll need to partition your drive

First of thank you to Vmanisme and Crepiduse for rooting this phone this is awsome and for all of those that arent running linux try virtual box and run linux through there its pretty simple

I got an. Ubuntu disc laying around the house never dun root before I'm going to try it when I get off work 2marrow and wat part of va u from.
